motors are made into flame-proof constructions of dI,dIIAT4
and d IIBT4,and are suitable for places where explosive
mixtures exist,On user,srequest,the motor can also be
made into dIICT4.
Description
of construction
Description of the motors is IC411,i.e.TEFC.
The cooling form of the motors is class F insulated,and
after vacuum pressure integral impregnation,has greater
electrical and mechanical strength,and good corrosion
resistance and Moisture resistance.
The rotors of motors are of cage construction.
The motors are fitted with rolling bearings,and
provided with greasing device which can fill the grease
during operation of motors.
Terminal box is located on the top of the motor.the
cable entry is on the right side when viewed from the
shaft extension,and onuser,srequest,cable entry direction
can be selected every 30。.Interior of the terminal
box has an ample connection cavity capable of connecting
the copper cable and aluminium cable.Insulation for
the terminals is made of good-quality electro-technical
ceramics or DMC plastic.
One request of user,the motors may also beequipped
with the devices for measuring the stator temperature
and bearing temperature,the V-Ibration sensor and the
space heater,etc.
